Surajpole-Shaktinagar Road to Open Soon, Making Way Easier
The work to remove the bottleneck on the Surajpole-Shaktinagar road in Udaipur city is going on fast. Soon, after the bottleneck is removed on this route, the way to Shaktinagar and Ashok Nagar Road will become easier.
In fact, the Municipal Corporation has constructed a road near the Meva Motors gali in Surajpole, connecting it directly to Shaktinagar. After the construction of this road, it became an easy way for people coming from this side to go towards Shaktinagar, Municipal Corporation and Ashok Nagar. But the bottleneck on the lane entering Shaktinagar was causing problems.
In the past, there was a consensus on removing the bottleneck by finding a way out of it. After this, the Municipal Corporation started work there. Due to this bottleneck, cars could not pass from here and two-wheelers also had difficulty.
The work of demolishing the houses coming in the way is going on and after that a 30 feet road will be constructed there. With this, two-wheelers and four-wheelers will be able to pass easily from there. A girder will be installed to prevent heavy vehicles from passing on this road.
Recently, city MLA Tarachand Jain inspected the bottleneck. He then said that the transformer in the middle of the road on Shaktinagar Road should be shifted a little away so that the vehicles passing through this road can easily take a turn here.

The new road is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
