Sajjangarh Century or Fatehsagar

Bhopal Bench of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) gave an important decision while hearing the petition related to the conservation of the Sajjangarh Century.

According to the decision, now the restrictions of the Eco Sensitive Zone (ESZ) will be applicable in Wetland on Fatehsagar Lake and Sajjangarh Century.

The NGT said that noise pollution, and intensity of light in and around the lake and the sanctuary would be banned, so as to prevent adverse effects on the life cycle of aquatic organisms and wildlife.
